Homewood Suites by Hilton Trophy Club Southlake

We just needed a quick room for the night on New Years because we weren't comfortable driving home with all the crazy people on the road. This hotel was reasonably priced, clean, and the breakfast was hot and fresh. We made a mistake and left one of our bags behind, and hotel staff gladly retrieved it for us and held it till we got it... They did a very good job.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! We originally booked our stay for 4 nights, but due to apartment issues we had to extend our stay by another week; we requested to stay in the same suite for the following week and the staff was able to accommodate that. Our suite included a full fridge and plates/cups/silverware which was so helpful given we had to unexpectedly stay there for several nights. Breakfast is pretty good and I liked that they changed the menu up a little bit for people who stay there multiple days. The snack area was reasonably priced and had a good variety of snacks and drinks as well.

I have stayed here twice and love the location, the rooms and the staff. The place is very clean, the rooms are well maintained and very comfortable and quiet. I always request a room at the end of the hall on the higher floor and they have been able to accommodate that request. I do recommend this property.

Kind staff, good location. This was our first visit to this Hilton location. We were able to find parking right out front. Walking up, the entrance is well lit. The outside trash at the door was overflowing and a bit of a turn off, but other than that the grounds are well kept. The lobby entrance smelled clean. The main lobby set up is nice and spacious. They have cute dog treats available at the desk for the furbabies. There was one front desk agent, but the wait was not long. McKinley was a wonderful hotel representative and gentleman. He engaged in small talk and was able to make the welcome and check-in process quick and pleasant. Any questions we had he was happy to answer. They offer breakfast and have plenty of seating if you decide to eat in the dining area. The main lobby also has drinks and snacks to choose from if wanted. We stayed in a King suite. The rooms are maintained and the temperature set to a cool degree upon entry. There are plenty of plug-ins for chargers or electronics. The TV is centered towards the middle of the room and at an awkward angle to watch from the bed, but nothing that's too bad. The kitchenette was clean and organized. There was one butter knife with a dirty handle in the silverware selection. The kitchen trash is a bit small if you were to cook and needed to discard any larger items. The beds are firm. The pillows are feather pillows & are not my preference, but they are not bad. Just don't offer much neck support. The facilites are clean and stocked. There is a night light in the sink also. This is a nice touch. AC works well. It's sound is noticeable but not loud enough to cause an issue.

Nicole B. at the Homewood Suites in Trophy Club, was beyond helpful. Had a time crunch dilemma with our company's business. We needed technical support from her related to printing company documents. She was able to improvise to get it done. Nicole had the solution in a snap. She is a true asset to customer service with a smile! Darin P.

Great hotel, staff very friendly. One suggestion. Please add an EV charging station for your guests. Many hotels already have this available.

Traveling on business with my company from North Carolina... This hotel is just what you need for a long stay. From day One...Our front counter attendant Deanna has been so helpful to all of us from any extra towels to pointing Us in the right direction for dinner every other night! For a first time traveler to Texas... Y'all have shown so much love and we truly appreciate it! Thank you for you all being everything you could be! If I am ever back in Texas I will definitely be returning!

Fantastic stay My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything we needed was easily accessible—but the real highlight was the service. We want to give a special shout-out to Delvin, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful the entire time. You can tell he really cares about the guests.
